Anforderungen
- Completed degree in accounting, finance, or management accounting
- Several years relevant professional experience in international environment
- Extensive leadership experience and skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
- Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, group accounting, international tax
- Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (SAP) advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical and holistic thinking
- Initiative, quick comprehension, independent, meticulous, proactive work approach
- Strong entrepreneurial, strategic thinking and action, high responsibility
Aufgaben
- Manage four colleagues in the ITS Group Accounting Team
- Coordinate and ensure quality of monthly reporting from subsidiaries
- Perform intercompany reconciliation
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Review IFRS reporting packages
- Design implementation of central holding company functions
- Provide technical and IT support to subsidiaries
- Advise domestic and foreign subsidiaries on technical and IT matters
- Design and further develop consolidation processes
- Manage consolidation and reporting software (SAP SEM-BCS)
- Further develop Group and accounting policies
- Maintain the Group chart of accounts in SAP
- Prepare specific accounting matters in accordance with IFRS
- Involve in integration processes following acquisitions
- Participate in internal transformation projects
