- Deploy the PALFINGER Production System (PPS)
- Strengthen Lean culture across the plant
- Establish Shop Floor Management
- Drive continuous improvement projects
- Develop the Overall Plant Concept (OPC)
- Maintain the Overall Plant Concept (OPC)
- Optimize value streams
- Monitor KPIs
- Track improvements via the Plant Saving Tracker (PST)
