- Onboard, coach, and plan resources

- Oversee daily operations of PALFINGER World
- Ensure high visitor satisfaction and operational quality
- Plan and deliver end-to-end events and tours
- Conduct conferences, customer events, and product presentations
- Evolve the tour experience and ensure professional event execution
- Manage budgets, infrastructure, and compliance
- Control costs and ensure technical functionality
- Maintain safety and legal event requirements
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
- Act as the main interface for PALFINGER World
- Drive new technologies and fresh content
- Strengthen the location's role in customer engagement
