- Proven, multi-year experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of teams
- Solid accounting proficiency according to HGB and IFRS
- Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP system
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
- Business-fluent communication skills in German and English
- Valid work permit for Germany
Aufgaben
- Lead the accounting team professionally and disciplinarily
- Oversee personnel development, goal setting, and performance management
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
- Ensure efficient and accurate booking processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Optimize and develop accounting processes and systems for efficiency and quality
- Support ERP projects
- Monitor CAPEX project controlling and its accounting representation
- Create and analyze reports for management
- Manage liquidity planning and payment runs
- Serve as the central contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on accounting issues
