- Relevant experience in accounting
- Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS
- Good knowledge of SAP FI, ideally S/4HANA
- Enjoyment of process optimization
- Contribution to development and implementation of new systems
- Structured and precise working style
- Strong understanding of financial processes and interdependencies
- Clear and appropriate communication with stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Reliability and solution-oriented working style
- Thriving in a dynamic accounting environment
Aufgaben
- Support timely execution of monthly and quarterly financial closings
- Reconcile key balance sheet and P&L positions
- Contribute to the implementation of IFRS requirements
- Collaborate with partners to implement new accounting functionalities
- Support development of global accounting standards
- Prepare technical content for international entities
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives
- Manage and drive international projects
- Identify optimization and automation opportunities
- Drive implementation of process improvements
- Present structured improvement proposals
- Act as a technical contact for Audit, Tax, and Finance teams
