Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
- •6+ years of team leadership experience in SAP environments or ambition to take next step
- •8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP in manufacturing setting, particularly with S/4HANA
- •In-depth understanding of end-to-end production and procurement processes
- •Technical SAP expertise with solid grasp of SAP ecosystem, architecture, and strategy
- •Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, customizing, configuration, and system integration
- •Knowledge of IBP, PP/DS, Ariba, MES systems, and Variant Configuration is highly beneficial
- •Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate in international environments
- •Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a global, multidisciplinary team
- •Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with business counterparts
- •Proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and own execution
- •Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
- •Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
- •Language: English (UK)

- •Lead support, change, and project activities for SAP modules
- •Steer a team managing MM, PP, QM, IBP, PP/DS, MES, Ariba, and Variant Configuration
- •Provide leadership for a diverse global team of consultants and partners
- •Set direction for SAP P2P-related modules and development paths
- •Collaborate with the Global Head of SAP and regional teams on initiatives
- •Manage S/4HANA and related applications for Plan-to-Product and Procure-to-Pay
- •Drive continuous improvement and system optimization through SAP expertise
- •Partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable value
- •Ensure compliance with security standards and SAP template guidelines
