Anforderungen

  • •Professional experience in Talent and/or Learning roles
  • •Previous experience with apprenticeship programs
  • •Proven ability to manage and deliver HR initiatives
  • •Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person learning
  • •Structured, process-oriented mindset
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Relevant university degree or comparable HR qualification
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Deliver EMEA talent processes, including goal setting and performance reviews

  • •Tailor global learning content for engaging regional experiences
  • •Design learning journeys across the associate lifecycle in Office and Retail
  • •Support hub teams with talent initiatives and capability programs
  • •Share best practices and optimize learning content using feedback
  • •Provide insights and metrics to measure the impact of initiatives
