Anforderungen

• •Diploma in Human Resources, Labor Law, or similar education
• •Proven experience in HR Operations or administrative HR roles
• •Strong operational understanding of HR lifecycle processes
• •Ability to evaluate data and situations
• •Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across teams
• •Business fluency in English and German; additional language skills advantageous

• •Deliver end-to-end HR administrative services
• •Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes
• •Oversee internal transfers and offboarding
• •Handle contract management and data administration
• •Ensure compliance with HR regulations
• •Support process automation and scalability improvements
• •Drive operational excellence within the team
• •Plan and manage major operational changes
• •Coordinate annual events like contract harmonization
• •Mentor and coach team members on legislation
• •Ensure data accuracy and compliance in Workday
• •Conduct regular audits and collaborate with HRBPs
• •Manage contract creation and automation
• •Align contracts with legal and policy requirements
• •Partner with Payroll to maintain accurate data
• •Support payroll processing and cross-functional projects
• •Ensure audit readiness through compliant documentation
