- Identify and address supply chain delays
- Communicate availability plans with internal teams
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Analyze supplier performance for improvement
- Coordinate transportation from factories
- Work with forwarders to ensure timely delivery
- Minimize transportation costs
- Ensure accuracy of essential documentation
- Implement strategies for cost and service improvement
- Coordinate, plan, align, and monitor ordering activities
- Coordinate, plan, align, and monitor inbound activities
- Place SMS orders via PLM
- Follow up with suppliers on orders
- Negotiate and validate bulk prices
- Align ex-factory dates
- Ensure smooth receipt of SMS orders
- Coordinate distribution of quantities to stakeholders
- Support planning of order and greige booking timelines
- Contribute to project management from a buying perspective
- Contribute to project management from an operations perspective
- Support preparation of project timelines
- Maintain seasonal order tracking files
- Coordinate bi-weekly supplier updates
