- Ability to challenge and influence senior leadership

- Diagnose performance differences across markets, channels, time
- Identify key levers driving or blocking topline
- Translate global strategies into market-specific commercial plans
- Define localization, scaling, and cessation trade-offs
- Challenge and influence market resource allocation
- Recommend investment bets based on commercial impact
- Develop models to track ROI and commercial success
- Identify structural growth barriers
- Develop actionable recommendations for barriers
- Build scenario and forecast models
- Quantify impact of commercial and marketing decisions
- Support leadership decision-making under uncertainty
- Monitor competitor strategies and market dynamics
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Track emerging consumer trends
