- Define program setups to achieve key targets
- Draft detailed product requirements and design documents
- Oversee UX/UI and human-computer interaction standards
- Coordinate R&D teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage product development priorities and resource allocation
- Control requirement changes to balance flexibility and stability
- Implement go-to-market strategies and release plans
- Coordinate marketing, branding, and sales initiatives
- Develop new sales channels and strategic partnerships
- Pilot innovative customer onboarding and engagement models
- Promote developer and hardware product ecosystems
- Monitor KPIs including market share and revenue
- Present program status and risks to top management
- Act as the primary stakeholder point of contact
