Anforderungen
- 6+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, ecosystems, business development or comparable roles
- Success in pipeline generation, partner-sourced revenue, GTM execution and partnership management
- Experience with app ecosystems, resellers, OEMs, implementation partners or marketplace models
- Strong cross-functional skills and ability to structure complex environments
- Technical affinity and confidence with API-first/AI-first products
- Pragmatic, commercial-first mindset with strategic and execution capabilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Residence in Munich/Berlin or willingness to travel
- Experience in hospitality or travel tech
- Experience building partner programs, ecosystems, or marketplaces
Aufgaben
- Own the commercial impact of the partner ecosystem
- Track sourced and influenced pipeline and ARR
- Identify and recruit high-value partners
- Negotiate and scale app, reseller, and OEM partnerships
- Activate partners through co-sell and co-marketing initiatives
- Build and manage a structured partner program
- Define partner criteria and life cycle stages
- Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and performance
- Enable partner-led expansion to open new markets
- Create repeatable and scalable acquisition via resellers
- Surface partner insights to shape product roadmap
- Ensure cross-functional execution with Sales and Marketing
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and CS teams
- Coordinate with the App Success team on commercial initiatives
- Translate partnerships into customer value and adoption
- Orchestrate growth initiatives across different partner types
- Drive partner-led growth as a core GTM strategy
- Improve customer activation quality through implementation partners
