Senior Partnerships Manager Switzerland & Eastern Europe(m/w/x)
Identifying and recruiting Service Partners for a voice-first GenAI customer service platform at a GenAI startup. 8+ years in partner management (SaaS/AI) and deep Swiss/EE network essential. Work from anywhere option, 28 days vacation.
Anforderungen
- 8+ years experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances (SaaS, Contact Center, AI)
- Proven track record in new market entry and scaling partnership programs
- Deep, pre-existing network in Swiss market and/or Eastern Europe
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills (C-level engagement)
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Turkish language skills (strategic asset)
- Based in Southern Germany (preference for Munich)
- Proximity to DACH operations and Swiss territory (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Identify, recruit, and grow leading Service Partners in Switzerland and Eastern Europe.
- Leverage your existing network to accelerate market entry.
- Develop joint business plans with partners.
- Execute co-selling, referral, and implementation initiatives.
- Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts with partners.
- Bring innovative AI solutions to market.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams.
