Building scalable partner programs for a spend management SaaS product. 8+ years B2B SaaS/FinTech partner program leadership required. Equity, 20 days work from abroad, and €600 L&D budget.

Anforderungen

  • 8+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales (B2B SaaS or FinTech, ideally SMB, with accounting/tax advisor ecosystems or tech integration programmes exposure)
  • Proven success building and scaling partner programmes delivering measurable ARR impact, including team leadership (Partner Managers or Partner Account Managers)
  • German language skills (a plus)
  • Partnerships expertise: identifying, segmenting, prioritising partner ecosystems, designing scalable programmes/value propositions
  • Hands-on commercial leadership: supporting ICs, setting expectations, coaching, tying partner activity to pipeline/ARR growth
  • Data-driven operational skills: structure, rigour, using dashboards/KPIs for focus, results, optimisation
  • Cross-functional connection skills: aligning with Sales, Product, Marketing for GTM strategy integration and seamless execution
  • Strategic execution skills: moving from strategy to delivery with speed, embedding repeatable processes/scalable systems
