- Established network in German Healthcare Innovation ecosystem (plus)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical / Vaccines value chain
- Strong understanding of innovation ecosystems
- Strong understanding of emerging healthcare technologies

Aufgaben
- Position Sanofi as a thought-leader and public health partner
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships
- Improve the vaccination infrastructure in Germany
- Engage with cross-sectoral networks
- Design partnership concepts
- Manage partnerships operationally
- Monitor healthcare industry trends and technologies
- Identify external opportunities to increase vaccination rates
- Assess and secure strategic partners
- Co-design partnership concepts with win-win outcomes
- Define partnership success metrics and governance
- Represent Sanofi at industry forums and events
- Enhance Sanofi's visibility as a preferred partner
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure strategic alignment and effective communication
- Oversee partner relationships from initiation to value delivery
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Define clear project objectives and scope
- Set measurable KPIs for accountability and progress tracking
- Drive the strategic agenda and make timely decisions
- Refine project approaches based on new insights
- Consolidate key learnings and propose next steps
- Provide recommendations for scaling initiatives
- Identify synergies across business units and markets
- Share learnings to strengthen organizational capability
- Streamline and improve partner onboarding
- Ensure timely and compliant onboarding of new partners
- Manage contracting, purchase orders, and risk assessments
- Ensure pharmacovigilance and compliance steps are met
- Manage project budgets within scope
- Maintain accurate project documentation on SharePoint
