Strategic deal-making with hospitals, medical centers, and insurers in the DACH health-tech sector. Closing strategic software partnerships in complex, regulated DACH healthcare environments required. Regular travel for industry events and client meetings.
Anforderungen
- Experience selling software into hospitals or medical clinics
- Proven experience with healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development in health-tech, med-tech, or SaaS companies
- Strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments
- Deep knowledge of the DACH healthcare ecosystem
- Strong local network and ability to build trusted relationships
- Comfortable navigating clinical, commercial, and technical conversations
- Native in German and fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Independent operator with ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Passion for improving healthcare delivery through impactful innovation
- Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms
- Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software
- Familiarity with EU/Swiss regulatory and compliance environments
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets
Aufgaben
- Identify and manage key relationships in the DACH healthcare sector
- Open doors with hospitals, medical care centers, physician practices, and health insurers
- Pitch, negotiate, and close strategic deals
- Collaborate with legal, product, and commercial teams to finalize contracts
- Represent Tandem at meetings, events, and conferences
- Gather market insights to inform product development and strategy
- Help build customer success and support infrastructure for partners
