- Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, NDR, CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin)
- Ideally, consumption-based pricing models
- Experience with modern finance tech stack
- Curiosity about AI-powered finance workflows
- Comfort with international operations, multi-entity financial structures, and US GAAP
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Deep variance analysis skills
- Dashboard building skills
- Experience with usage-based/consumption revenue models, API pricing, or GPU/cloud infrastructure economics
- Understanding of subscription economics alongside usage-based pricing in technical/developer-focused markets
- Exposure to enterprise contract structuring and technical sales processes
- Experience rebuilding planning processes during 3-5x scaling
- Intellectual honesty about uncertainty
