- Create communication materials such as presentations and newsletters
- Organize IT events like global IT townhalls
- Act as a key contact for IT communication topics
- Support change initiatives related to IT governance and process improvements
- Create adoption materials including guides, FAQs, and training content
- Facilitate trainings and workshops to support adoption and build maturity
- Enhance organizational readiness for IT changes
- Support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks
- Translate governance requirements into clear, non-technical documentation
- Contribute to IT knowledge management
