- Proven IT, Solution, or Infrastructure Architecture experience in international environments
- Strong IT infrastructure architecture knowledge (data center, cloud, network, identity, platforms)
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, TISAX)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with stakeholder management strength
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Fluent English
- Advantageous German language skills
- Ability to balance architectural governance with practical implementation needs
Aufgaben
- Design end-to-end IT solutions combining infrastructure, security, and business needs
- Ensure systems are robust, secure, scalable, and compliant
- Act as a strategic connector between stakeholders, infrastructure, and security
- Shape sustainable and resilient IT services across the organization
- Design secure, scalable end-to-end solution architectures for IT infrastructure
- Translate business and technical requirements into feasible, secure solution designs
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and IT strategy
- Lead infrastructure- and security-relevant initiatives as the solution architect
- Create and maintain architecture artefacts like diagrams and decision records
- Embed security-by-design and compliance into all solution concepts
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, OT, and Application teams
- Support the handover of solutions into implementation and operations
