- Organize stock on shelves
- Maintain a clean and neat stockroom
- Transfer or remove boxes between stockrooms
- Receive deliveries and verify stock accuracy
- Report discrepancies to Store Manager
- Maintain stockroom controls for supply and record accuracy
- Ensure work quality meets company standards
- Manage in and out stock transfers
- Support weekly reconciliation of unverified transfers
- Perform cycle counts
- Support faulty stock process
- Communicate stock issues to Store Manager
- Proactively help find solutions to stock issues
- Participate in stocktakes
- Participate in store events
- Develop and maintain relationships with the store team
