As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in leading a diverse team and ensuring smooth store operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve enhancing customer experiences, supporting team development, and managing inventory effectively.

Anforderungen

• •High School Diploma or GED preferred
• •5+ years of experience in position or specialization
• •Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems
• •Judgment to identify and resolve technical and operational problems
• •Effective communication skills
• •Ability to work in a physical or strenuous environment
• •Ability to work in a place
• •Ability to communicate clearly with others
• •Availability to work a flexible retail schedule

• •Provide leadership and direction to staff
• •Ensure staff performance and operational standards are met
• •Create a positive shopping experience for consumers
• •Ensure sales associates are knowledgeable about products
• •Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• •Support ongoing team member growth and development
• •Participate in developing action plans for sales and operations
• •Create weekly store schedules
• •Support the Store Manager in achieving labor and expense targets
• •Maintain inventory levels and accuracy
• •Manage receiving, processing, and salesfloor replenishment
• •Organize the stockroom and control shrink
