- Interest in interpreting and presenting statistical results
- Familiarity with Python for data contextualization, visualization, statistical analysis, and mathematical modelling
- Experience with object-oriented programming
- Experience in interpretation of statistical analysis readouts (e.g., regression, ANOVA, DOE) is a plus
- Familiarity with ordinary and partial differential equations in chemical engineering is a plus
- Proficient business English and preferably proficient business German
- Team-oriented disposition, comfortable with interdisciplinary teams
- Highly autonomous and results oriented

- Apply novel data science and modelling techniques in biopharma
- Analyze and optimize biotechnological processes with a team
- Use advanced statistical and mathematical models with Python
- Speed up process development and increase manufacturing efficiency
- Propose statistically sound experimental designs
- Seek out new and innovative problem-solving approaches
- Contribute to large industry projects
- Report findings to project leads
- Review findings for technical accuracy
- Interpret and present results to clients
- Communicate solutions and suggestions
- Assume visibility in large industry projects
- Present to industry leaders
- Attend conferences and industry gatherings for business development
