Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Econometrics, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in stochastic forecast models, technical pricing, or big data methods (ML, data mining)
- Experience with relevant software (Emblem, Radar, Radar Live, SAS, R, Python)
- Ongoing or completed training as an actuary DAV or recognized association
- Knowledge from reserving, risk management, accounting, controlling, investment management advantageous
- Independent work with willingness to develop new topics and take project responsibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Open and confident demeanor towards internal and external partners, international context
- Openness and curiosity toward new technologies, especially AI application
- Excellent English skills (C1)
- German skills are a plus but not mandatory

- Create technical pricing models

- Optimize pricing with AI and machine learning
- Utilize internal and external data sources
- Shape product development in cross-functional teams
- Take end-to-end responsibility for projects
- Support strategic pricing development
- Conduct actuarial support in tariff and product development
- Calculate performance improvements
- Conduct impact analyses
- Create and expand actuarial analysis tools
- Develop dashboards for contract analysis
- Conduct analyses and derive recommendations
- Prepare and present results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with international pricing colleagues
