Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in test development and Design for Test (DfT)
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and scripting languages
- Solid understanding of mixed-signal circuits and test methodologies
- Hands-on experience with mixed-signal ATE platforms
- Experience in test hardware design and schematic development
- Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity principles
- Exposure to RF testing or Java programming is an advantage
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, global teams
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive, results-driven approach
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders
- High attention to quality, reliability, and customer outcomes
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Drive ATE characterization
- Conduct reliability testing
- Validate read-point
- Ensure smooth mass production release
- Maintain high yield and quality
- Support high-volume manufacturing
- Optimize continuous test costs
