- Instruct assistants in machine programming and optimization
- Oversee part-data file creation and data integrity backups
- Collaborate with supervisors to determine corrective actions for yields
- Document and implement procedures for plant-wide operational excellence
- Provide technical expertise for demand-maintenance and machine adjustments
- Manage technician coverage and perform critical duties during absences
- Assist with reflow profiles and wave solder profiles
- Support screen printing of solder paste and tooling design
- Provide expert suggestions for design for manufacturing
