- Develop team members through coaching and training
- Create personalized development plans for team members
- Establish stable and capable manufacturing processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance labor efficiency
- Reduce scrap and costs through process optimization
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize processes
- Solve issues across departments
- Lead structured CNC programming initiatives
- Optimize tools and processes using data analysis
- Support root cause analysis for supply and quality issues
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools for problem-solving
- Manage projects with timely and accurate reporting
- Ensure projects meet agreed timelines
- Demonstrate strong leadership within the engineering team
- Develop and implement strategic engineering goals
- Support CNC machine investments and continuous improvement
