- •5-8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
- •Experience in fast-growing scale-ups, FMCG, Food, CPG, or e-commerce
- •Leadership experience and leading small teams for at least 1-2 years
- •Strategic thinking and hands-on project management
- •Experience scaling an organisation and its supply chain across multiple countries in Europe
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- •Highly analytical and data-driven decision making
- •Natural leadership and ability to inspire teams

- •Manage capacity planning and forecasting for supply chain partners
- •Oversee product roadmap from conception to final delivery
- •Consolidate feedback from Strategy, Menu Planning, and Culinary
- •Establish KPIs and reporting structures for operational transparency
- •Drive continuous process optimization across the value chain
- •Build strong relationships with key suppliers and optimize costs per SKU
