Anforderungen

  • •5-8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
  • •Experience in fast-growing scale-ups, FMCG, Food, CPG, or e-commerce
  • •Leadership experience and leading small teams for at least 1-2 years
  • •Strategic thinking and hands-on project management
  • •Experience scaling an organisation and its supply chain across multiple countries in Europe
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • •Highly analytical and data-driven decision making
  • •Natural leadership and ability to inspire teams

Aufgaben

  • •Lead the Procurement, Culinary, and Supply Chain Management teams
  • •Ensure operational excellence and scalable processes
  • •Strategically build and scale supply chain infrastructure across Europe
  • •Develop long-term operations strategy with the COO and Leadership Team
  • •Manage capacity planning and forecasting for supply chain partners
  • •Oversee product roadmap from conception to final delivery
  • •Consolidate feedback from Strategy, Menu Planning, and Culinary
  • •Establish KPIs and reporting structures for operational transparency
  • •Drive continuous process optimization across the value chain
  • •Build strong relationships with key suppliers and optimize costs per SKU
