Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or master's degree; MBA or related post-Bachelor qualification advantageous
- 5+ years Sales, Pre-Sales, Services or Solution/Product Management experience
- 3+ years Supply Chain Management experience
- Deep demonstrated program and project management experience
- Demonstrated business process transformation and re-engineering experience
- Senior-level or operational experience managing complex customer engagements
- Excellent Customer Engagement experience
- Territory plan development experience
- Target setting experience
- Escalation management experience
- People management experience
- Very good Line of Business experience across Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing
- Fluent German language skills
- Fluent English language skills
- French language skills (asset for Switzerland)
Aufgaben
- Guide Supply Chain Management customers through their journey
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and upsells
- Build strong relationships to maximize customer value
- Define go-to-market and engagement strategies
- Manage target accounts and focus on retention risk
- Oversee the renewal cycle with a focus on churn mitigation
- Ensure visibility of renewal data with the CSM Manager and CRC
- Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Set realistic stretch targets for upsell and cross-sell
- Engage as a trusted advisor to develop deep relationships
- Identify critical customer accounts and ensure oversight
- Utilize escalation channels to senior management
- Establish programs to improve customer satisfaction
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure frequent audience engagement
- Set realistic stretch targets for customer references
- Support other CSMs in identifying target references
- Push for reference stories across accounts
- Drive integration across the S/4HANA Solution Area
- Expand capabilities from SCM to S/4 and HEC specialized areas
- Collaborate with peers to develop optimal coverage strategies
