Specialized Customer Success Manager - Supply Chain(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or master's degree; MBA or related post-Bachelor qualification advantageous
- 10+ years' Sales, Pre-Sales, Services or Solution/Product Management experience
- 5+ years' Supply Chain Management experience is a plus
- Deep program and project management experience
- Demonstrated business process transformation and re-engineering experience
- Senior-level or operational experience managing complex customer engagements
- Excellent Customer Engagement experience
- Territory plan development experience
- Target setting experience
- Escalation management experience
- People management experience
- Very good Line of Business experience across Supply Chain
- Very good Line of Business experience across Asset Management
- Very good Line of Business experience across Logistics
- Very good Line of Business experience across Manufacturing
- Fluent German language skills
- Fluent English language skills
- French language skills are an asset for Switzerland positions
Aufgaben
- Define go-to-market and engagement strategy
- Manage target account objectives
- Focus on retention risk
- Manage renewal cycle
- Mitigate churn
- Ensure visibility of renewal data
- Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Set realistic stretch targets
- Engage as trusted advisor
- Develop deep relationships with stakeholders
- Identify critical customer accounts
- Ensure CSM account oversight
- Utilize escalation channels
- Establish programs to improve customer satisfaction
- Work with Product Marketing on audience engagement
- Set stretch targets for customer references
- Support other CSMs in identifying references
- Push for reference stories
- Drive integration across S/4HANA Solution Area
- Expand capabilities to S/4 and HEC areas
- Collaborate with peers on coverage strategies
