Aufgaben
- Lead strategic technical relationships for Core product suites
- Advise on platform architecture and governance frameworks
- Translate marketing KPIs into platform configurations
- Manage the end-to-end customer adoption lifecycle
- Align platform adoption with customer-specific goals
- Conduct workspace audits and usage diagnostics
- Build playbooks for campaign and influencer management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
- Execute business reviews and ROI narratives
- Co-develop success plans and product rollout timelines
- Deliver stakeholder workshops and advanced user trainings
- Identify and resolve platform adoption blockers
- Cultivate internal champions to strengthen platform advocacy
- Provide product feedback based on customer insights
- Align customer strategies with future roadmap capabilities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell growth opportunities
- Position the platform as a tech stack consolidator
