- +2 years in Salesforce Ecosystem
- Salesforce product certifications are a plus

- Knowledge of how to deploy Salesforce
- Degree or equivalent experience required
- Work from local Salesforce office 3 days a week

- Support product launches and deployments
- Manage platform performance and issue resolution
- Drive industry-specific adoption of Core Clouds
- Partner with assigned accounts
- Focus on customer business goals
- Improve customer technical and operational health
- Maximize value from Salesforce investment
- Maintain awareness of customer events and needs
- Identify customer risks and value drivers
- Build customer success track record
- Communicate with partners effectively
- Translate business needs to solutions
- Forge relationships with customers and account teams
- Develop deep technical understanding of Salesforce implementation
- Share standard methodologies
- Promote adoption of proactive services
- Optimize the platform for customer success
- Provide special care during peak events
- Act as a point of contact for major incidents
- Own customer expectations during incident resolution
- Serve as technical interface for customers
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Orchestrate Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships with customer leadership
- Help customers achieve business goals on Salesforce
- Coordinate completion of Signature Success services
- Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
- Advise customers on new feature adoption
- Identify challenges and risks in customer implementations
- Communicate the value of Signature Success
- Ensure collaborators understand Signature Success value
- Act as an advocate for customers during case triage
- Assist with timely resolution of high-severity cases
- Conduct quarterly reviews
- Identify trends and provide release recommendations
- Ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement
- Build multidisciplinary relationships with internal teams
- Coordinate customer relationships for success
- Coordinate customer relationships for revenue opportunities
- Provide after-hour or weekend coverage as needed
- Anticipate and adapt to role changes
