- System understanding or work experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Plus for German proficiency
- Independent working style
- Strong prioritization skills (tight deadlines)

- Assist Global Template Leads with project preparation and coordination
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings
- Organize and facilitate follow-up sessions
- Develop clear meeting agendas
- Track actions from meetings and follow-ups
- Assist with project planning
- Track project milestones
- Maintain project schedules
- Manage resource planning and allocation
- Oversee project budgets
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Create and update status reports
- Create and update risk logs
- Create and update decision logs
- Monitor project progress
- Proactively identify project risks and delays
- Escalate project issues as needed
