Anforderungen
- Proven success in Enterprise SaaS or Software Sales
- Strong experience selling complex enterprise solutions
- Experience in specialist overlay or matrix sales organizations
- Ability to navigate and influence large enterprise buying groups
- Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation technologies
- Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals
- Excellent sales methodology, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
- Strong executive presence and credibility
- Experience collaborating across large, cross-functional sales organizations
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Experience selling Marketing Technology, Customer Data Platforms, AI, or Customer Experience solutions
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based sales approaches
- Ability to manage strategic enterprise opportunities from discovery to close
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Growth mindset, passion for innovation, customer transformation, and teamwork
Aufgaben
- Act as Marketing Cloud specialist for strategic enterprise accounts
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Key Account Managers
- Position Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce solutions
- Lead discovery conversations with senior customer stakeholders
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Collaborate with BDRs, SDRs, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success
- Work with Enterprise Corporate Sales teams and Industry Advisors
- Engage Alliance and Consulting Partners
- Drive pipeline creation and progression
- Coordinate internal resources for customer business cases
- Deliver ROI analyses and strategic account plans
- Own accurate forecasting and opportunity management
- Maintain sales execution discipline
- Contribute to high-performance, team-oriented culture
