- PMI, PMP, PSM, PSPO certifications (a plus)

- High autonomy, sense of ownership, independent decision-making
- Strong communication skills, commitment to customer success

- Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Structure and assign integration tasks.
- Monitor integration task execution.
- Achieve timely integration delivery.
- Architect integration solutions.
- Leverage Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Postman, SQL.
- Document solutions with UML, DFD, ERD, BRD.
- Oversee daily project operations.
- Plan project sprints.
- Track project progress.
- Resolve project blockers.
- Maintain project delivery momentum.
- Engage stakeholders to align goals.
- Manage project scope.
- Prevent deviations from agreed priorities.
- Drive Agile and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain backlogs in YouTrack.
- Provide transparent project reporting.
- Ensure post-deployment system reliability.
- Proactively monitor systems with Grafana and observability tools.
- Maintain accountability for all milestones.
- Deliver results under pressure.
- Uphold strict implementation and delivery standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews.
- Uphold a clean, consistent, high-quality codebase.
