- English language B2+ (writing/speaking)
- Russian language B2+ fluency
- Strong 'get things done' mindset
- Ability to ship under tight deadlines
- High autonomy and sense of ownership
- Comfortable making independent decisions
- Strong communication skills

Aufgaben
- Support the Enterprise Integrations team
- Manage and execute integration processes end-to-end
- Collect and define requirements from internal stakeholders
- Estimate task complexity
- Plan delivery timelines
- Design reliable, scalable integration solutions
- Implement reliable, scalable integration solutions using Python, REST, gRPC, Apache Kafka, Redis, and SQL
- Conduct regular code reviews
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality code base
- Meet strict delivery deadlines
- Ensure production readiness and technical excellence
- Monitor and stabilize post-deployment integrations using Grafana
- Actively identify and resolve project blockers
- Maintain project momentum
