As a technical leader in the sales process, you will design creative Smartsheet solutions and deliver expert demonstrations that ensure successful platform adoption for the company's customers.

Anforderungen

• •1-3+ years of experience as a pre-sales Solutions Engineer or related field in the SaaS and enterprise software industry
• •Technical leadership and outstanding customer-facing skills
• •Passion for web-based technologies and understanding of functionality, use cases, and business and technical elements
• •Consultative approach regarding technology and product positioning
• •Experience in solution design or solution architecture related to collaboration/workflow/project management
• •Experience in fast-paced, high growth software companies
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Legal eligibility to work in Germany on an ongoing basis

Aufgaben

• •Develop deep expertise in Smartsheet workflows and solution design
• •Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical platform demonstrations
• •Design creative solutions for customer requirements with fellow engineers
• •Build and demonstrate solutions that solve specific customer problems
• •Provide daily technical support to cross-functional sales partners
• •Prepare technical responses for prospect questions and knowledge bases
• •Define best practices for enterprise-wide platform usage
• •Collaborate with Product teams to align offerings with customer needs
• •Represent the company at marketing events and onsite demonstrations
