- Minimum of 4 years of work experience
- Experience with scientific/informatics software such as LIMS, ELN, or others
- Experience in demonstrating scientific software in a pre-sales setting
- Experience in a lab or research setting, ideally in antibody discovery or engineering
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively model scientific data
- Prior experience in demonstrating and supporting research instruments, reagents, or software
- Understanding of research technology generally adopted by biopharma companies
- Agile and adaptable mentality
- Ability to establish as a trusted advisor for scientists
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Partner with account executives and leadership to develop account strategies
- Conduct organized discoveries to identify customer needs and requirements
- Craft solutions based on Benchling capabilities and industry best practices
- Present and demonstrate solutions persuasively to address customer concerns
- Engage with product management to share insights on customer needs
- Create reusable solutions, content, and training materials
- Mentor and collaborate with other Solution Consultants
