- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

- Design and build efficient, high-performance backend solutions
- Develop scalable, reusable code
- Continuously improve code quality and automation
- Implement, test, and document Accounting Product features
- Customize and enhance the accounting platform
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles
- Ensure compliance with financial-industry requirements
- Proactively identify, document, and resolve defects
- Maintain and improve existing functionality
- Optimize system performance across services and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strengthen engineering standards
- Actively participate in code reviews
- Work with SQL and PL/SQL
- Implement business logic using Avaloq Script
- Perform core-banking customizations using Avaloq Script
