Anforderungen
- Relevant qualification in construction management or minimum five years' construction management experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience delivering Fit-Out projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects with emphasis on safety and efficiency
- Working knowledge of Irish construction industry, regulations, and standards
- Experience in Mission Critical environments (advantageous)
- EU Passport
- Ability to meet project deadlines and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
Aufgaben
- Manage site-based teams of employees and subcontractors
- Deliver projects within tender allowances and agreed timelines
- Minimize variations in sub-contractor performance
- Complete multiple concurrent projects safely and on budget
- Attend internal and external review meetings
- Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and in-house functions
- Monitor legislative and program performance of sub-contractors
- Communicate site changes to engineering and commercial teams
- Manage program slippage and implement mitigation plans
- Motivate and lead team members
- Manage underperformance according to company procedures
- Deliver projects ahead of agreed schedules
- Promote company and Business Unit initiatives
- Communicate and record Corporate, SHEQ, and Business Unit briefings
- Induct new employees and subcontractors
- Support SHEQ department actions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
