- Excellent contractual framework knowledge (NEC, FIDIC, equivalent)

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to handle demanding schedules
- Ability to handle technical challenges
- International or multinational client experience advantageous
- Trade or Engineering qualification preferred
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
Aufgaben
- Lead contractual oversight of M&E construction projects
- Review, negotiate, and manage contract terms
- Mitigate risk and maximize commercial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client requirements, and company standards
- Manage claims, variations, disputes, and commercial reporting
- Oversee procurement strategies and subcontractor negotiations
- Monitor supply-chain performance
- Collaborate with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Engineering teams
- Ensure project targets are met
- Monitor project progress, budget, and programme
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Anticipate issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strong risk management processes
- Oversee change control and cost forecasting
- Monitor financial performance across multiple work packages
- Serve as primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Lead progress meetings
- Provide high-quality commercial reporting and updates
- Direct and mentor commercial staff, QS teams, and project leads
- Promote best practices in contract management and commercial governance
- Support company growth through continuous improvement and high standards
