- Knowledge of Airbus tools like ISAMI
- Proficiency in Catia V5 and 3DX knowledge
- Understanding of aerospace materials and structural mechanics
- Desirable familiarity with airworthiness regulations and certification
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English and beneficial German skills
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Beneficial experience with Python for automation
- Compliance risk awareness and integrity commitment
Aufgaben
- Analyze aircraft moveable surfaces using analytical methods and FEA software
- Evaluate composite and metallic materials for structural integrity
- Develop models to predict stress, strain, and fatigue life
- Validate structural performance under static, dynamic, and thermal loads
- Propose design improvements based on detailed analysis results
- Collaborate with design engineers to integrate findings into aircraft design
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for certification evidence
- Support the certification process with airworthiness authorities
- Improve analysis methodologies, tools, and engineering best practices
- Perform root cause analysis for in-service structural issues
