- Five years aerospace stress analysis experience
- Knowledge of finite element analysis
- Experience with NASTRAN and Hyperworks
- Airbus tools knowledge and DOA delegation plus
- Knowledge of aircraft structure stress analysis
- Motivation for team spirit and performance
- Effective communication skills across hierarchy levels
- Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis experience
- Negotiation level English and German knowledge
- Compliance risk awareness and integrity commitment
Aufgaben
- Analyze composite and hybrid structures for static and fatigue strength
- Validate structures using established analysis methods
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and design principles
- Define, interpret, and validate structural tests
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide stress data for manufacturing drawings
- Support production and customer service functions
- Perform stress analysis for damaged structure repairs
- Monitor and guide subcontracting firms on structural work
- Manage and oversee supplier structural analyses
- Transfer knowledge to early-career colleagues and stakeholders
