- Experience in process analysis, requirements engineering, or process standardization
- Very good English skills
- Strong intercultural communication skills
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%, worldwide)

- Develop and standardize shopfloor intralogistics processes
- Focus on transportation and material flow management
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies (AGVs/AMRs, e-labels, RTLS)
- Automate and digitalize production logistics
- Support global rollouts of standardized processes and digital solutions
- Advise and support international production plants
- Optimize processes and improve material flow
- Integrate digital solutions in production
- Contribute to the Digital Manufacturing strategy
- Engage in requirements engineering
- Develop a global application landscape
- Structure intralogistics use cases
