Designing and implementing ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions, including flows, scripts, and integrations for intralogistics systems. Hands-on ServiceNow development experience required. Continuous development, family-like cooperation.

Anforderungen

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable field
  • Hands-on experience developing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM)
  • Clear, structured communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM) are advantageous
  • Self-organized, analytical, goal-oriented working style in global virtual teams
  • Curiosity and motivation for continuous learning in technology
  • Strong English skills; German skills beneficial

Aufgaben

  • Shape and advance ServiceNow platform landscape
  • Evolve governance structures and processes
  • Design and implement ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions
  • Develop flows, scripts, UI policies, and customizations
  • Build and manage external integrations
  • Establish governance for release cycles and data models
  • Apply security best practices
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and audits
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Refine platform requirements
  • Support platform adoption with demos and training
  • Create knowledge articles and performance analytics
