- Strong skills in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and prompt design
- Solid knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and ALM practices
- Good understanding of Microsoft Graph, APIs, and integration concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, data protection, and responsible AI
- Strong English communication skills
- German language skills are an advantage

- Align roadmap with business goals
- Design intelligent end-to-end solutions
- Use M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph
- Build and enhance automations and copilots

- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, responsible AI
- Operate and improve ALM pipelines
- Monitor and manage solution lifecycle
- Drive user adoption with training and documentation
- Manage licensing and costs
- Align AI & Automation portfolio with stakeholders
