Aufgaben
- Lead cross-functional team of soil scientists and software engineers
- Develop and implement SOC models for Klim’s platform
- Own and drive product roadmap for carbon, biodiversity, and soil science models
- Expand modelling capabilities to crop and agronomic insights
- Contribute to commercial scalability of Klim’s solutions
- Translate scientific models into clear product requirements
- Align modelling work with product and company goals
- Drive execution from concept to production
- Develop strong understanding of underlying models
- Guide product decisions and challenge assumptions
- Improve accuracy and scalability of carbon models
- Expand models to include agronomic metrics and new practices
- Identify and prioritize additional soil science metrics
- Ensure alignment with key standards (Verra VM0042, GHG Protocol, SustainCERT, SAI RTF, ISOMETRIC)
- Maintain compliance and scientific credibility with stakeholders
- Lead and prioritize work of cross-functional team
- Ensure effective collaboration between scientific development and product implementation
- Create clarity on priorities and trade-offs
- Partner with MRV to meet regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Farmer Sales to ensure consistency with field data
- Align with other product teams to integrate models into platform
- Incorporate client and market insights into product decisions
