- Strong working knowledge of international carbon standards and methodologies (ISO 14064, Verra VCS, EU CRCF, or equivalent)
- Experience writing or reviewing PDDs and monitoring reports
- Excellent project management skills, coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication in English
- Genuine interest in regenerative agriculture, soil carbon, and climate action
- Encouraged to apply even if not meeting every requirement
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end validation and verification of ALM projects
- Ensure compliance with international GHG accounting and carbon crediting standards
- Collaborate across teams for transparent, high-quality certification processes
- Deliver certification for projects to internal and external stakeholders
- Author and coordinate Project Design Documents and GHG monitoring reports
- Ensure methodological rigor and alignment with standards and registry requirements
- Lead external validation and verification with accredited auditing bodies
- Manage timelines, evidence packages, and auditor queries
- Streamline internal certification workflows
- Reduce cycle times and increase process reliability
- Support commercial, partnerships, and product teams on methodology topics
- Translate complex certification requirements into actionable guidance
- Stay current with evolving carbon market standards and regulatory developments
- Adapt Klim's certification approach to new standards
- Maintain productive relationships with validation and verification bodies
- Facilitate smooth audit processes with registry representatives and external technical reviewers
