Anforderungen
- 8+ years experience in enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model
- Ability to demonstrate complex software applications
- Experience navigating and delivering sales success across large organizations
- Strong business acumen and understanding of complex business challenges
- Executive presence and ability to communicate at senior level
- Ability to identify and understand influencers versus buyers
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles
- Ability to negotiate pricing with focus on retaining value
- Demonstration and capability for achieving sales quota targets
- Experience selling into the Automotive sector would be desirable
- Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events
- Reliable internet access required for remote work

- Seek out sales opportunities with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform based on needs analysis
- Address customer objections and find solutions to client challenges
- Guide the sales process to a close by showcasing Workiva's value proposition
- Update customer relationship management tools with customer contacts
- Provide accurate pipeline analysis to forecast sales
- Develop strategic account plans to secure sales success
- Rally internal support and optimize resources for account pursuits
- Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through
- Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers, serving as a mentor
