- Oversee development of digital intervention platform
- Communicate with DIRECT platform developers and community
- Analyze and manage platform requirements
- Plan and oversee platform adjustments and enhancements
- Host, maintain, and support live platform
- Analyze regulatory framework and incorporate into projects
- Plan data exports and usage data analyses
- Participate in research projects and publications
- Assist with project proposals and funding acquisition
- Present at national and international conferences
- Teach courses according to collective bargaining agreement
- Participate in evaluation and quality assurance
- Supervise students
