Senior Sales Executive – Derivatives & Securities Processing Solutions(m/w/x)
New client acquisition and relationship expansion for financial technology platforms, targeting banks and brokers in DACH. Proven financial technology sales experience and established DACH banking network required. Extensive travel across DACH region.
Anforderungen
- Proven sales experience in financial technology
- Strong understanding of derivatives markets and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in English and German
- Well-established network within banks and brokers in DACH region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Consultative, client-first approach to business development
Aufgaben
- Drive new client acquisition in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Expand existing client relationships for derivatives and securities platforms
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of sales opportunities
- Ensure consistent progression through the sales cycle
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market trends
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand trading challenges
- Position FIS solutions effectively for client needs
- Maintain productive relationships with key market players and consultants
- Collaborate with internal teams to create client-specific proposals
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (Dynamics)
- Report on pipeline health and performance
- Stay informed on regional market regulations like EMIR and MiFID II
- Promote FIS derivatives offerings, including SaaS and managed services
